Wildflower Mix – Shade

Shade Wildflower Mix has been specially blended with a collection of beautiful varieties of both annuals and perennials that do well in shady areas. Varieties are specially blended so that they go beautifully together, adding much beauty in the landscape. An excellent selection!
Some annuals may reseed.
Planting: Plant in the spring to early summer or late fall (in mild climates) For best results loosen soil with a rake or hoe. Mix seeds with one to two parts sand or inert material to one part seeds and broadcast over area. 1 gram covers approximately 7 square feet. Rake in lightly, covering seeds to a maximum of 2-3 times their thickness, or cover with mulch. Keep soil moist for about 4 to 6 weeks then gradually reduce watering. Mixture requires strong filtered sunlight or 1-4 hours of direct sun per day. These plants will not prosper in dense shade.
