Tomato – Super Sweet 100 F1 Cherry

Plants produce long strands of hundreds of 1 inch red cherry tomotoes in grape-like clusters all season long. Juicy and sweet bite sized fruits that have excellent flavor are good eaten fresh in salads, relishes, and as snacks. They are extra high in vitamin C. Plants are high yielding and disease resistance. Indeterminate.
Sowing: Begin indoors 8-10 weeks before the last frost, sowing seeds 1/8 of an inch deep. Or direct sow outside after all danger of frost. Provide light after emergence. Keep soil moist during germination. Harden off before transplanting outside. Planting in full sun, transplant by setting the plant deep, up to the first true leaves by digging a deep hole. Transplant carefully, avoid disturbing roots. Water thoroughly.

Care information: Cultivate shallowly or mulch to control weeds and retain moisture.Plants should be staked or caged to support the branches and keep the fruit off the ground. Harvest by picking when the fruit is fully ripe. If danger of frost happens in the fall, covering the plants may help extend the harvest season. Planted against a south wall or fence where the sun can reflect heat, or putting plastic at the base of the plant, will aid in earlier ripening of fruits.
