Small 8 by 81/2 inch ice box size fruits that are sweet, fine-textured rich, and incredibly sweet, and 6-10 pounds, grown on compact vining plants that produce in abundance. Drought and disease resistant. Thin hard tough rind with distinct stripes when immature and almost black when ripe. Early producing. All making this an excellent variety to grow!
Sowing: Plant outdoors in the spring after danger of frost. Sow seeds 1-1 1/2 of an inch covering with fine soil, in full sun. Keep moist during germination
