Very beautiful large single 3 inch white daisies with yellow centers and deep green foliage. It is an excellent addition to any flower garden. Shasta daisies mix so wonderfully with other perennials. Good in landscape borders, perennial beds, and more. They make good long lasting cut flowers, they are attractive to butterflies and serve as a butterfly nectar source. The flowers can also be dried. This permanent plant is easy to grow. Shasta daisy may flower the first year if started early, and the second year if started later. It will continue to bloom for many months if it is kept deadheaded. An excellent variety.
Sowing: Sow indoors in early spring or outdoors through summer after danger of frost has passed.Plant seed 1/8 of an inch deep. Transplant seedling plants whey they are 2-3 inches in height. Prefers full sun in well drained soil.
