AAS Winner, Honey Select is one of a new type of corn called Triple Sweet, Honey select produces long 8-81/2 inch long high quality yellow ears packed with remarkably delicious tender yet crunchy sweet 10-20 row kernels. Excellent for the home gardener it has great holding ability that keeps so well you will not need to harvest them all at once, and you do not have to isolate it from other corn. Honey Select has two kernel types: 75% sugary-enhanced and 25% supersweet which gives it it’s long keeping on the stalk and it’s tremendous flavor. The AAS judges applauded it for both it’s taste and it’s ease of growth. With so many advantages and qualities, Honey Select is an excellent choice!
Sowing: Plant in full sun outdoors in spring after all danger of frost and soil is warm. Sow seeds 1 inch deep in moist well drained soil. Keep seedbed moderately moist during germination. If started indoors first, transplant when 2-3 inches in height.

Information: To extend corn harvest make successive plantings weekly up to mid July. You can also plant an early, mid, and late season varieties. To get the best production on your ears plant in several smaller rows rather than one large row, as corn is wind pollinated.
